Message from The Director of ICSTD

I would like to welcome you to the International Cooperation and Scientific Twinning Department (ICSTD) website of King Saud University. In keeping with the recommendations issued by the rector, Dr. Badran AlOmar, ICSTD looks to promote and develop KSU’s international activities, oversee and review worldwide partnerships, and set policies to establish best practices for global relations. As Director of ICSTD, my team and I strive to develop and oversee a variety of university-wide initiatives and policies relating to international research, education, and collaboration. We are responsible for reviewing proposals to develop initiatives on international partnerships and relations while working with the Deans and the faculty to stimulate the development of such proposals. Our mission is to promote KSU globally and engage the best international institutions to enhance relations and develop partnerships in order to exchange knowledge and transfer technology. As such, we look forward to partner with the best in the world to develop educational and technological partnerships for the betterment of tomorrow.
